    Beautiful hotel inside with friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable staff. Room is very nice, looks out on the Eye. Centrally located, highly recommend.

    If you like a bit off old world charm, this is the hotel for you. Great views if you get a river side room and a fantastic location to launch into adventures in London.

    Great location and amazing views. Good deals available online both directly and indirectly. Breakfast is fine, but you are in London so why are you dining in?

    Centrally located for a tourist. Walk everywhere to the top destinations. Our room had a direct view to the Thames, Big Ben and Parliament. Rooms were a bit warm so we kept our window open.

    Прекрасный отель, прямо рядом с London Eye. Все новое, потрясающая отделка, вид из окна на Темзы потрясающий, отличный gym и бассейн. Завтрак слабоват для такого уровня.

    It's a 3-star and defiantly doesn't meet Marriott standards. AC barely work hence the fan is provided. It's a tourist trap! Many better options within a few steps from here.

    Basically it is a good hotel, you can have nice views from here but I think the assistance from the crew isn't good enough. In addition, the breakfast kinda disappointed me..

    Hotel wifi is way expensive. Get a subscription to one of the hotel Internet roaming partners (such as Boingo) and only pay something like£9.95 for an entire MONTH of access (don't forget to cancel).
