Michael CDesember 15, 2018Great staff, focused on customer experience. Having hastily left the hotel to catch my flight, they brought me my suit I had left behind. They saved the day!
Concierge lounge (5th floor) is well appointed and staffed with friendly faces and a variety of snacks in the morning and evening.

Internet access needs some serious help - especially in the conference rooms
Sanga at the front desk had no idea how to issue our Bonus Bucks Cheque so we lost $50 on our next stay at any Marriott. How do you hire staff that doesn't know your own products?

$10 for Internet service this bad should be illegal. Doh!
