    It's a guys gym - but that's not a bad thing. Free weights galore. A little crowded. People are super nice and non judgmental. Lots of people working out with trainers.

    Great pricing, barebones gym has everything you need except that it can get very very hot beyond comfort level. Also a way higher male to female ratio so as a girl doing weights can sometimes be hard.

    This place has got free weights and high calorie shakes. You can also find protein bars and barbells and expend your energy on a tread mill and then power up with an electrolyte filled supplement.

    Mid City Gym & Tanning is best gym in the world, at least in New York. They are friendly but at the same time serious about the training.

    Cheap, tanning, extra cost classes and all type of people: skinny, fat, muscled, ugly, cute, women, men, gays.... Staff is cool too.

    This gym was okay for basics. Pretty small and seemed more like a nightclub than a gym with their weird lighting.
