1. Graham's Port Lodge
Monica Desai: Worth doing the tour - beautiful space and totally comprehensive but book ahead. The tawnys were amazing - our fave in Porto!
2. Cockburn's
Monica Desai: Top notch tawnys and LBV, well worth a visit while you're port-hopping
3. Caves Taylor's
Monica Desai: No need to do the tour, but enjoy their LBV and vintages in the beautiful garden!
4. Quinta do Noval
Monica Desai: Delightful LBV, made to be enjoyed while sitting by the water & people watching
5. Croft Port
Monica Desai: Your only chance to try rosé port ;)
6. Cantinho do Avillez
Monica Desai: A bit easier to get into than the one in Lisbon, but just as good! Do not miss the professor's eggs and the hazelnut cubed.
7. Tapabento
Monica Desai: Seemingly the busiest spot in Porto - make a reservation! Razor clams were phenomenal and sangria festive
8. A Sandeira do Porto
Monica Desai: The 6 euro lunch special with the ham, Brie, mango sandwich is such a steal! Good base before lots of port tastings
9. Combi Coffee Co.
Monica Desai: Chai + pasteis de nata = breakfast
10. Igreja do Carmo
Monica Desai: Stunning inside and out, tiles alone worth the visit
11. Capela das Almas
12. 7groaster
Monica Desai: Great charcuterie, vibes and best of all - chai!
13. The Feeting Room
Monica Desai: Great boutique to find some local designs - also swing by Combi upstairs!
