Wow. A slow Monday is worth a visit. Lots of great service. Flexibility w/ menu (I asked for 1/2 portin of a dinner SPECIAL. And they said YES. Lovely food as well

The tiered restaurant seems so much like the sophisticated New York of the wicked ’30s that you’ll look around to see if Nick and Nora Charles are at the next table, feeding one another witty lines.
It may seem pretentious but go in with an open mind and read some Hemingway first. The food is good but some minor details are missing. Atmosphere is why you go.
Went for restaurant week summer 2017. We were underwhelmed by the food, the highlight was the tiramisudesert. Service was lackluster we seemed an inconvenience to our waiter. Wouldn't rush back
