A nice bakery, especially since there aren't many good places around. The pizza was simple and tasty, and I had a nice slice of Napoleon (or something similar) cake afterwards.
Admittedly not really a beautiful place, despite the many shops. But I got sweet memories bound to this station. And Borri is a paradise for book lovers.

Large park in the middle of Vomero with a nice belvedere. When fully open, you always find a quiet spot, no matter how crowded it is. Unfortunately, at the moment some areas are closed.

One of the hubs of the Vomero neighbourhood, you'll get everywhere from here and here from everywhere. Too bad the gardens are not kept in a good state.
The room of the Ospedale della Pace where people with leprosy, plague and similar diseases were taken care of (from the elevated gallery to avoid contagion.) Beautiful frescoes and architecture.
The structure actually hosts a church and a monastery along with the Leprosarium, built around a gothic palace, of which the entrance isca residual. Very nice architecture.
Great, peculiar restaurant! I enjoyed food (meat crocché!), service, quiet, low volume music and choice of beer. And the mozzarella! The complete pesto on the already tasty tartare was too strong.
The place is really small, but packed with marvelous sculptures: the Veiled Christ and the Anatomical Machines are just the more renowned ones. Explore it in quiet and at a slow pace. No pictures!

I had a wonderful granita "strawberry and moscato". The ice cream also tasted very good.

We passed often thru here in our five days in Rome. The square with its beautiful fountains by Bernini and Della Porta is irresistible.
Saw this gorgeous monument many times before and itcwas very sad to see it destroyed by a damned idiot. Hopefully it'll soon be restored to its former beauty.

The uncannily two-colored church really catches the eyes. The Basilica is also very huge. Will have to return here to visit the interiors.
