Staff are very helpful. I had to extend my stay and whilst they were at capacity they wait-listed me and said they could move me to another Mirvac hotel nearby if necessary

The lifts are very slow but not as slow as the 256kb offered by the in-room Internet.

When trying to redeem the check in special, was told the restaurant doesn't sell muffins. Might be a breakfast time issue. Disappointing.
