- Nate (pool concierge) is AWESOME & super helpful. Facilities, pool, bartenders at Sunset Pier... cannot be beat! Room cleaning services need some improvement but overall a fantastic stay/trip!

Kate RitchieMei 23, 2012Oksana is the sweetest concierge and has some great connections for more personalized experiences eg snorkeling and jet skiing- Check out Spa Terre. Had my nails (mani/pedi) done for my wedding and they did a fantastic job!
