    Get a group a friends together, type the phone number, and all dial at the same time at 3PM to get a reservation. Keep redialing until someone gets through. Then eat a Crif dog.

    Go here. Get a cocktail. If you're 2 ppl, call anytime and ask to sit at the bar. >2, call at *exactly* 3pm and make a reservation. It'll be busy, so keep retrying.
