Homemade chips&salsa are some of the best Ive ever had, which keeps me coming back along w/the decor despite the food going from great to good. Order the burrito w/fries - not on the menu, just ask
Jess MireauOktober 5, 2015Rachel's is our go to. Flourless burrito or tacos mexicanos. I do miss the del mar buritto tho 🍤. Tasty margs...go for rocks with salt.
Margaritas are cheap and strong. Food comes out in less than 10 minutes, and it's delicious. Most entree's come out in HUGE portions, so be prepared. Forget the haters. Just enjoy!
Kev SkinnySeptember 11, 2014Chips and salsa are good. I tried the chicken mole burrito. Give it a shot. Many dont realize mole sauce is amazing. Peanutty almost chocolatey. Stuff your face with that asap.

If you want attentive service, come during the day time. The servers are great. You can practice your Spanish.

Cheap drinks, giant burritos and a laid back vibe, hard to go wrong here.
The BBQ menu items are actually on point, not just a taco joint.

JamesOktober 27, 2013Restaurant half-empty. Plenty of two-tops and a four-top were available, and yet they made my party of three wait 20 minutes for the ONE three-top to open. Painful lack of restaurant management.
Probably not why you came here, but the burger with Oaxaca cheese is really good!
Park Slope Vegetarian Burrito is awesome! Yogurt instead of sour cream.

No one greets you to seat you. The severs take way too long to greet & take your order. Saturday night must be when they train newbies.

Mary M MottaJanuari 28, 2015I love the frozen margaritas - my bf loves the rocks margaritas. decently priced and can taste the tequila (not weak drinks). they have specials before 6pm for drinks. food's decent, not dirt cheap.
They must have sold this place because it has gone down hill big time! City prices for food that tastes frozen from the microwave. I used to come here several times a month but never again!

IT'S USUALLY PRETTY LOUD IN THERE. Doesn't matter though because the food is so good.
The food went down the drain with the cheap liquor with jacked up prices. The service is even worse!

The margaritas are punishingly strong. Like, worse than martinis. Drink more than two at your own risk.
