    I really think this location has maybe 1 drive they teller on Saturdays. I know banks get busy but geez!

    This branch is huge but unfortunately they always take long no matter the amount of employees. It's the closest one, but I'd rather drive farther to a different one to get served faster.

    I seriously don't know why I ever come here. God forbid I come to my bank to discuss my loan. They need to call someone & sit on hold. I come here to AVOID sitting on hold on the phone! WTF.

    This place has RIDICULOUSLY slow service. I hate coming here; wish it wasn't close to work. I've never had such a bad experience at a bank, but this one's consistently awful.
