Big Deluxe

This unique beer features a massive wall of flavor and is so dark it actually absorbs light – at least we think it does! 12.2% ABV 1.111 O.G. 85 IBU’s

Extra Red

We tend to do things a little differently here at Ritual, so when the call came in to make a new style Red ale, we immediately deferred to the full-flavored segment of the taste spectrum. We certainly didn’t skimp on the malts (after all, we used eight different varieties) , giving this beer a multi-layered complexity of caramel and toffee. 6.5% ABV 1.060 O.G. 59 IBU’s

Wit’s End

Ritual’s take on the classic Belgian style Witbier. We begin with the finest Belgian 2-row malt along with unmalted wheat and barley for a truly authentic and complex base. We then spice it up with a dose of orange zest from our local orange groves, coriander and other spices. The result is a hazy, light-colored beer that is crowned with a long-lasting foam collar leaving a distinctive “Brussels Lace” on the inside of the glass. 4.8% ABV 1.045 O.G.

Hop-o-Matic

From the sharp aromatics of citrusy pine that permeates your nostrils to the hefty malt backbone, Hop-O-Matic will slice and dice its way through your palate! But wait, there’s more! This refreshing India Pale Ale highlights the avid appreciation we have of the finer, bold nuances of our little green friends by imparting a delightfully playful nose and even livelier mouthfeel. 7.1% ABV 80 IBU

Hellion

Our interpretation of a Belgian style Golden Ale is delightfully approachable and utterly devious. Brewed with the finest Belgian 2-row malt and a blend of traditional and new-world hops, it has extraordinary fruity and spicy aromas with mouth filling flavors of sweet malt and earthy hops. 1.075 O.G. 28 IBU’s

Tafelbier

While most savvy beer consumers have heard of Belgian Dubbels, Tripels and Quadruples, few have ever had a Belgian-style Enkel, meaning “Single”. This is an ale rarely, if ever, brewed on the West Coast, let alone America. 4.5% ABV 1.048 O.G. 29 IBU’s

Little Oat

Aptly described as the ‘little brother’ to our hard-hitting Imperial Oat Stout, Little Oat is a small beer made from the second runnings of our Big Deluxe mash. Clocking in at only 4.5% ABV, this small beer has an amazingly nuanced gathering of flavors given its heritage. Small beers were once a common brewing method closely marked in beer history, 4.5% ABV

Fat Hog

Our Barleywine Style Ale boasts a dense, fruity bouquet, an intense flavor palate and a deep reddish-brown color. Its big malty flavors are superbly balanced by a wonderfully bittersweet hoppiness. This beer ages very well developing complex sherry like notes. 12% ABV
