Pretty straight forward burgers that taste like a good hamburger should. If you have ever referred to yourself as a "foodie" (you should jump off a bridge) you'll probably like Umami Burger better.
Great neighborhood hardware store. If you need a bigger selection head to the big store on clement.
Great food. Service is slow and indifferent most of the time, but a good neighborhood spot.
I have no idea how much any of their services cost or when they'll be done, but they do great work and are really nice. Classic Richmond district biz.
