If your in the junior ocean suite & they are planning to offer you a upgrade to the honeymoon suite for nominal price take the upgrade, the sunset is beautiful :D overall gr8 resort, gr8 ppl

Las habitaciones son cómodas y acogedoras. La vista es extraordinaria, de un lado el Mar Caribe y del otro la laguna de Nichupté. Todos son muy amables y eficientes

Nice adults only resort. They market themselves as premium but liquor is far from it. Great and friendly service. Avoid their annoying VIP services. Best restaurant is Market Cafe; avoid Dragons.

There's not enough space to write on here, but this place was amazing. The staff was very polite and courteous and the quality of everything was superb. Just know they may pitch the vacation club.

Beautiful resort! If you want an amazing view, I highly recommend upgrading to Preferred.

DinsAgustus 10, 2014Nuevo,moderno y muy cómodo. El servicio supera expectativas, el único pero es que no hay reservaciones en los restaurantes y en los de alta demanda hay lista de espera hasta de 2 horas. Recomendable.

El lugar es maravilloso, el personal es muy amable en todo el hotel, las instalaciones son hermosas. ¿Lo recomiendo? Por supuesto, no se arrepentirán.
