Dry chicken noodles has solid flavor. Ask for the fish balls. And papaya salad original that style is super solid.
Amazingly crispy yet fluffy crossaints and Danish varieties. Chocolate crossaint was my fave. Chocolate was warm and almost melting.
The oxtail pho is good. Really good. But everyone knows and gets it. The chicken congee though is a worthy alternative and a must try.

I think their spicy rice cakes with chorizo and seaweed risotto are 2 of the best dishes I've had in Seattle. Those are great examples of fusion done right.
