This place is SF's best kept secret. Not only do they have kick-ass caffeinated beverages, but the ambiance is gorgeous (fireplace encased in glass, teal walls), AND it turns into a bar after hours.
LamiaDesember 22, 2014A quite place with a free WiFi n diff. tabels/booths. If I were living there, it would be a perfect place for me to work. I got the chocolate croissant and it was really good. The latte was good too.

Sugar is one of my favorite places to digitally camp out. It's often busy with art students, hipsters, yuppies, and wannabe startup entrepreneurs. Trés fun! You can throw parties here too.

The coffee's very good, folks behind the counter are great. Plus, free wifi and plenty of outlets. Not to mention great big window that you can slide open on nice sunny days - great spot to chill.

These pork belly sliders (before 5 pm) have everything -- taste, presentation, substance... 10/10!

Order a chicken wrap and grab a seat by the fireplace. But watch out -- this place turns into a swanky lounge at 5pm.
Great cheap coffee and amazing brunch! If your in Downtown SF this is a must go!
