The fried pickles were amazing, but I had to tell literally everyone I know about the Frozen Peach Cobbler cocktail. Please keep that around because I need to order it about 18405837 more times.
You can’t dislike a neighborhood bar this good. Same owners as a handful of other popular bars, but genuinely great on its own merit.
A very nice bar but can get crowded. Great for singles, mingling, and meeting new people. They serve good drinks and the fried pickles are pretty cool.

Very Williamsburg. Happy Hour $4 drafts. Sweet Afton Breakfast Burger (Pat Lafreida beef, fried egg, & bib lettuce) during brunch (until 6:30pm) is delicious. Mac & Cheese and Fried Pickles are tasty.
You have to try the deep fried pickles, the ribs, the Afton burger with Gruyere and also, a side of fries with dashings of malt vinegar! Service here is always awesome, best bar in Astoria...

A great authentic bat spot with a solid menu and creative beverage list. Atmosphere is excellent with a solid local crowd.
Fantastic pub! Always friendly staff, and very solid drinks/fare. We need a place like that in Brooklyn. 😘
Love the environment here, though it can get crowded in the evening and on the weekends. Check out the back porch if the weather's good.
Enough with the fried pickle tips. We get it. When you're here, get yourself a Rootbeer Cocktail. If you're hungry, share the Mac and Cheese. If you're feeling frisky, talk to the girl at the bar.

Irish pub that has a wonderful menu of drinks and food. No TVs so you can actually have a conversation. Cute and cozy.
