It's reasonably clean and efficient, and rarely crowded. Don't use the elevator if you can possibly avoid it, though.
The elevator has been refurbished and is nice for now. The fare gate at the elevator still has problems.

The escalator is much faster than the elevator in almost every circumstance. And it doesn't smell like piss either.
