    The service first thing in the morning is disappointing. They don't acknowledge you and make you wait to order if engrossed in conversation. The coffee is what brings me back.

    Horrible customer service, takes 20 mins to get food - no sense of urgency. And to top off women who work there were so rude from min you walk in - forget getting a smile - good luck getting food!

    $10 minimums at a coffee shop means it's basically cash only. Even at $9.96 they make you use cash. Ridiculous.
