    burgers so good you have to try to believe.the buns are very special and soft you cant get one like that elsewhere.the patties are big and meaty and flavourful.i live an hour away n i still came back

    Great service and friendly waiters! Volcano-Not as spicy as expected, burger patty was a bit crumbly and wet though flavourful.Beef bacon had no distinct taste.Filling nonetheless & not too bad.

    The service was excellent, got our food on time (5 minute wait), sodas are bottomless. I enjoyed my burger!

    Really liked the food, plus the staff are super friendly. Tried the Hawaiian burger and banana milkshake. Also there is free wifi!

    Drinks are a little pricey. Ice lemon tea is more expensive than orange juice lol. I ordered the Skunk. It was extremely good. Heavy stench, smelly cheese, but still awesome.

    Everything is slow. Waited for our food took nearly an hour. Next table an hour as well. Don't come here if ur rushing but their burgers are honestly delicious.

    First time here and it looks like service has improved. The person downstairs was super friendly but the one taking orders was just "ok". Could be better but over all experience was good.

    Tried the Volcano. Okay lah, quite fulling but nothing to shout about. Maybe cause the ambience in the shop is quite meh. Fries and a soda are an additional RM6

    Why is it taking so long for the others? Got my order within 5 minutes here and in Oasis. But one thing, u r charging rm20+ a burger, Pls upgrade your toilet. Atm it's slightly better then a mamak

    While the taste are pretty good, the ordering and waiting is in a mess! There were table after table complaining about wrong order and waiting for long! Nothing wrong with my order though.

    food is alright. Beef burger didn't feel worth the money. Very dry. Felt like dry minced meat patty. Chicken was much better, particularly the Crunchy. 9.90+6.5 for combo. 3/5

    This place is bad. Experienced a mashup of non attentive waiters, uber slow service (water alone took almost 10 mins) and cold fries even on a non peak hour (only 5 tables occupied downstairs).

    Nice interior design. If you in a hurry, don't come here. The waiter/ waitress will tell you 30 mins or above is normal waiting time.

    Gosh, ordered skunk yesterday (22march15 at around 3pm) and it tasted awful. Patty is not fully cooked, and till now i can still smell the raw beef patty... Not coming back, ever...

    Putrajaya burger taste so so n the texture of the burger was too watery, once u hold the burger meaty dropped out. Look like uncooked.

    The burger is totally fucked up. They are currently serving some lunch set deals for 10$. I thought I was eating gardenia damn. The patty is shit. I rated it for 1.5 / 10. Just dont go

    The service is awful. Waiters have no idea how to serve customers and the waiting is enough to make you want to leave. Fortunately the burgers are tasty.

    Avoid ordering non burger related food. I tried the aglio olio and its one of the worst I've tried. Thumbs up for burger though.
