To find food so scrumptious in JH! 😋🍽🍸 Wyoming produce with an Asian twist, delicious flavours at every step, and those cocktails! Don't miss the ravioli, any fish or meat dish and the panna cotta.

The seared scallops main was exquisite. The sauce was to die for. The tuna tartaru with wasabi was also excellent. Key lime cheesecake was a great way to finish the dinner. Service was superb.

Do not pass up the deer - it is the BEST and delicious! The cherries and sherry sauce make it melt in your mouth! We ate outside and it was a nice day. Lot of locals gather here. Eat the cookie!

The nori wrapped shrimp cakes were amazing and the wild boar ravioli was incredible. Must end with the potato cake, impossible to explain but it is caramel goodness in a pie form.

This place will surprise you. Inventive Japanese-American fusion menu. The stir rib dish is not to be missed. Ahi tuna and glazed squash apps are memorable.

New Executive Chef Jared Rogers has got it going on....luxury shrimp, Truffled Yellowfin Tuna, grilled calamari and the pan seared New Zealand red deer soooo delicious!!!!

Fun and interesting contemporary Japanese bistro-fare. A growing wine list and daily sushi and tartar plates from the crudo bar. The salmon sashimi with truffle and parmesan is to die for. Order 2.

The delicious Asian fusion food at the Kitchen may be the best in all of Jackson. Where to start? Try the luxury shrimp, the truffle fries with monster sauce, or some tuna tartare.

Michi was the nicest waitress and gave the best advice. You must try the potato chip cake desert. Sounded crazy but was epic.

One of the best in Jackson if not THE best. Consentration in a raw menu. But do not miss the pan seared red deer. And get the cookie. Even if you don't eat suites

Phenomenal bar crudo. Get the scallops and the yellowtail, zomfg. Red deer is also solid, but the standout is the bar crudo :)

Boar tenderloin is uh may zing! Modern decor, no dead animals here. Potato chip pie. Holy momofuku! Christina Totsi, get on that!!!

Share, share, share! Order 1-2 different plates per person and try them all! You won't regret it. P.S. the truffled tuna is awesome!

Great food and atmosphere. Everything from the crudo (raw) bar is fantastic. Top choice in jackson wether you're in to' meat or fish

The dishes were hit or miss: luxury shrimp appetizer, fries, and deer were all good. Crudo bar wasn't worth it. Striped bass very dry.
