LelderApril 7, 2015The artichokes, short rib ravioli, and blue cheese brisket are out of this world. Judy, our server was stellar. Chef Steve could compete in Philly or NYC. This place is a must on any foodie's list.
Ebby TerpAgustus 23, 2013Fun atmosphere, unusual drinks, friendly wait staff, exciting but delicious food. Favorites so far: calamaretti pasta & twisted olives & mojito ice cream (the stuff of dreams).
The menu is top notch but the real draw is the steak on a stone. Basically you self cook a filet on a 600 degree piece of granite.
Excellent staff, an awesome food selection, and top notch bar make Twisted Olive a definite destination when in Bethlehem.
Food is amazing. Chef Steve has a great menu that's sure to please.
