Loved the "snacks," soba noodles, toro nigiri with quail egg, 50-hour aged short rib, and wine/beer pairings.
I went because I couldn't get into Maido but it was delicious fantastic dishes with complex flavours
It's a great place to understand the fusion of Japanese and Peruvian food. Everything is excellent: taste, service and even prices compared to other countries. The Nigiris and the Nikkei ceviche 😋
