Woo, no more drive to San Mateo! Don't let the look fool you. The inside is nice and clean. Portions are huge so make sure to start off with a few items. And get the half and half soup!
2 bowls, 4 people/2 bowls, 6 people. Anything more or less isn't ideal. You can call to make a reservation for parties of 6 or more.
_Mei 17, 2015Asian people everywhere - all the way downstairs to the entrance because it's that busy. Friendly service and meat is not bad. Just needed a place to watch the game.
- Best place for hotpot in the greater downtown area by far. Nothing is quite like the spicy broth. Bring spicy loving friends and get only the spicy broth!
- RachelDesember 21, 2019Solid and reliable hot pot but the lines to get in are out of control. Joining the waitlist on Yelp doesn’t help much - you can still expect to spend 2 hours or more hanging out in the stairwell.

The quail eggs are canned quail eggs. Not that bad but not as good as dropping a raw one in and getting a poached egg.
Always a line here. If you like spicy food, this is a good place.
