Duck noodles 2. Heng Wang #01-22, directly opposite popular Seng Heng, is a worthy alternative. Meat was lean & flavourful, chilli packed a garlicky lunch
Learnt a very important lesson - good food at hawker centers close on Mondays. Nonetheless the Traditional Curry Rice (#01-03) was really yummy! Though the curry could be a tad bit thicker.

Duck noodles: Seng Heng #01-28. D whiff of d sauce brought me back 2 my childhood. Meat was tender & tasty. Soup was not too thick, not too herbal. We'll b bak 4 more!
Bak Kee SatayBeehoon: Uncle merely wipes his hands on a towel then uses his bare hands to pick the ingredients, eww! Not the best sataybeehoon I've had either. It's a nay.
Wantan mee: Fei Zai Xiang Sha Lai Wanton Mee #01-91 can hv a gd thing going, if they figure out their sauce. Mine was dry :-( Saving grace was thick, fatty, char Siew slices. Savoured every bite!
#01-91 Fei Zai have great char siew, #01-19 is the famous commonwealth fried chicken wings, satay beehoona v good, the fried tauhu stall for sides is good as well!
Must eat here is the 芒果牛奶冰! Shld be frm 青天dessert shop. I used to live here ten yrs ago and hv been coming back at least once a month! Kway chap is also a def must have!
青天冷热甜品 bubur terigu and barley gingko bloody good!! especially the bubur terigu..Bak Kee sataybeehoon nice also..but the sauce quite watery leh...would be better if can taste coarse peanuts
Lau pat sat yong tau foo has very nice & cheap choices, 2 bowls w/ close to 20 ingredients cost only $7.50;has the basic yong tau foo food which is more than enough!
