The soup dumplings and shrimp dumplings were good but I could get those anywhere in Chinatown. The beancurddumplings will be worth coming back uptown for
Best time to go is lunchtime. the food is excellent. the best chinese food in NYC I have had in a while. Everything is clean & fresh. You get your $ worth here.
The dim sum is very good, I was impressed. However, they are not good at allergies, they had seafood in dishes and it wasn’t on the menu. Be careful eating here if you have seafood allergies.
Restaurant is large and good for groups. Slightly pricier than Chinatownrestaurants, but service is marginally better. They charge for "premium" tea and white rice, so beware.
Service during lunch was terrible. The staff kept bringing random dishes to our table in the hopes one of us ordered it. One of our party had to wait almost 45 minutes for her food!
