    Some of the best, most authentic noodles are in... New Jersey, this included. Oxtail in the oxtail ramen melts off the bone and the broth, when ordered low sodium, is absolutely perfect.

    Best ramen spot in Somerset, North Brunswick area. If you're feeling adventurous get something off the daily specials menu. Mild is very spicy so beware. Broth is legit. Shiyu ramen is tasty.

    whatever ramen you order, make sure you get it with charsiu...this place makes the best charsiu. also, broth is above average. even my hard-to-please brother likes it.

    Good ramen and broth. Ramen and curry combo is a great choice if you want a rice dish and ramen. Main dishes average around 11-13 dollars for a good portion of food.

    Not so hidden gem... Great curry ramen, get it with chk katsu or my personal favorite mochiko chicken. Bubble tea is best in NJ.

    The Oxtail Ramen is one of their specialties, according to one of the waiter dudes. I had the "Neu Ro Fan", it was pretty good. If you want some Chinese/Taiwanese food, give that a go!

    Portion has gotten smaller with price going the opposite direction. While the food is still good, the freshness of ingredients have been suspect lately, my stomach is always upset after eating here
