The only spot in town doing beef toppings with ramen. Super intense tonkotsu broth and juicy toppings such as oxtail, short rib, and tendon. On the bar side the focus is on one-cup sake. Quite fun!
The mazemen and tsukemen (basically the cold noodles) are strongly recommended. The noodles are made in-house and infused with yuzu so every bite brings citrus-y goodness. Unique and refreshing.
