I've been here almost three years. I've seen it go from thugville to (under new management) much much nicer place to live. When I first moved in their was a murder, my car got broken into and paintbal
I love the complex, but certain members of the office seem like they'd be more comfortable on a pole than behind a desk. I had so many issues on move in, it almost wasn't worth it.- Not qute in the heart of tempe, rent is pretty high, maintenance issues slow too fix. Front gate was broken for months.
