María de la Puente: It opens until 2am. Alternative place in Amsterdam, they have good beers, shows and a dance floor. One of my favorites.

Jean-Paul Schaddé van Dooren: Make a reservation, since it's the best dutch cocktailbar (Esquire) and #26 of the world. Awesome place to have drinks, just pick from the perfect menu what you like most.

Vangelis Koukidis: A piece of Germany in Amsterdam! Lady owner comes from Munich and she brought a piece of Berlin feeling with her when she made this place. Amazing beers, great German snacks, and cozy atmosphere. Win!

Ced: Awesome place, book online to get the password leading to the chic restaurant and cocktail bar at the back. Cocktails and meat are fantastic, avoid the lobster though...
