This hotel is excellent for both travel and leisure guests, as it's news important attractions like the Penn Plaza Pavilion, Times Square, Chrysler Building, and the Empire State Building.

Tre Stelle, next door, is great and serves as room service for the hotel! Calamari and pomodoro is my favorite.

Not bad for the price, rooms are small the bathroom appears bigger than the room. They forgot to mention to me that they have a small gym! Over all no 5 star but nice place close to all my favorite st

It's ok. Rooms are small, location is great though, but the water pipes are loose! When someone has a shower on an upper level, all the walls rattle!

Rooms are small, but cosy and very clean. The staff was very friendly. All in all, a hidden gem in Chelsea!

Water is $1 at the desk, probably cheaper than you'll find elsewhere for a chilled bottle!

Great location and amazing price compared to other similar hotels. Ask for a high floor!! San Rocco's is a nice lounge

Small rooms, but very clean and comfortable. The shower is odd, but this hotel is well worth it.

For snacks past 9pm try Deli-cious on 23rd. Everything else pretty much closed.

Pretty good. Sink tiny and air conditioner is loud but overall very clean and more than acceptable for NyC

Not carrying ABC while game 7 of the NBA Finals were on, is close to a disqualifying factor for me... But apart from that it's an ok hotel in a good location, close to Madison Square Park.

Rooms are tiny and walls are paper thin, so you can hear everything. Beds are comfy though

I would think that a Concierge would know what a Tea House (listed as next door in Foursquare,) was, but noooooo. That's it for me recommending them for directions.
