Amazingly rude moment from someone behind counter, acting like she didn't work there or I was crazy for asking her something. Really oddly rude.

This place completely lacks enthusiasm, nobody here is excited about anything. It's too "clean" to be a good bagel spot. Flavor is lacking in the everything bagel, the sausage , and the ice coffee.
