- Andrew FurmanApril 29, 2015Get the short rib buns to start. They're unique and almost taste like brisket.
- Boon KohSeptember 14, 2015Decent ramen. Could be the best in the area, due to lack of competition. Prices look a bit high - $15 per bowl.
- Gabriela BMei 22, 2013Spicy miso was great. Ask for a sake recommendation; they really know their stuff!
- Go for the Miso Tonkotsu Paitan Ramen. It was an off menu item, so if you see it dive in!
- Chrissy KFebruari 28, 2016Try to go during their weekday happy hour. You'll feel a little bit better about the prices.
- Soundtrack is on par with, if not better than the ramen here. Excellent on both counts.
- Tim FogartyFebruari 18, 2013While best known for its ramen, Ganso's off-menu vegetarian chili is _to die for._
- Greg AndersonSeptember 24, 2013Get the stamina ramen and the short ribs buns and enjoy the sweet sweet food coma that ensues
- jkhknycSeptember 5, 2016Good favor. Cute and chic. But not as authentic as expected. The gyoza was dry and undercooked. Disappointed. :( #jkhknyc #goodeats #nyc #brooklyn #genso #ramen #foodteek
- Manoj KintaliMaret 21, 2017Meh.. the edamame is good. The Gyoza is ok.. I got the spicy miso and it's too salty and I've had way better. Also tried the veggie ramen and it's super bland. Had better
- Veggie miso is excellent. A very close second to Chuko.
- Patrick MacKelvieFebruari 14, 2014Amazing selection of Japanese craft brews - some not seen outside of Japan.
- Sarah TierneyNovember 23, 2014Vegetable ramen is pretty tasty, as are the gyoza, wings, and oysters.
- Jenny KMaret 21, 2016No line and quick service on a Friday night. Best bet for nice sit down near BAM?
- helen jackersOktober 12, 2012The Gonsa ramen was simply delicious! Definitely want to check out the others as well.
- Burrito BoomerJanuari 3, 2016Just a heads up. There is only 1 vegetarian based ramen on the menu made with mushrooms.
- Dont believe what the bible says about pork it taste awesome
- This place is great! The classic pork ramen is a must.
- Best ramen in Brooklyn, and gyoza are pretty dope too.
- michael nerenburgJanuari 24, 2015Average at best. Tried gyoza, pork buns, miso soup. Everything was ok but the pork buns were especially bland. Any other ramen place I've been to in the city has been pork buns.
- Connie XiaoApril 27, 2017Good ramen, I was pleasantly surprised. Didn't care much for the service though.
- rich masioSeptember 24, 2015Yesterday had the wings which were some of the best I've had but the chicken broth ramen and its noodles were barely mediocre. The broth was weak and tasted slightly fishy, limp and bland noodles.
- PolinaNovember 17, 2012The ramen is big enough to share, and the staff is happy to plate it for two.
- Vivek BhagwatSeptember 21, 2012Kari Kari buns were really good as was the short rib ramen. They rushed us too much though, even though it was half empty.
- Czarina BehrendsMei 29, 2017Wanted to love this place but service was horrible. We waited forever. We hardly got table service. They forgot one of our orders, so we asked for it to-go and it took ages to get it. Food was OK.
- Great ramen and then shio saba is also nice. Get a refreshing glass of hojicha! Refills are free...
- Honestly, this isn't as good as it used to be. Uninspired, shallow broth and flavorless additions leave me wanting more
