    I've travelled to many places, stayed at a lot of hotels in other countries. I can confidently says that this hotel got the worst front office. To say check in is extremely slow is an understatement.

    A convenient location only. Other services are bad for example slow check in procedure, dusty room, dirty with stained bedsheet, have to request both towel if u stay >1night, bad house keeping service

    The Business Centre is unprofessional not focused on their job and make customer wait and go back and forth due to incomplete service overlook!

    Bell boy very slow, wait so long. Elevator also slow need to improve. Breakfast so so. Never check in again here

    Feels like staying in a Genting hotel. Low quality fitting in rooms, very messy environment and not cheap either! Better at Mutiara if you want a 'proper' hotel.

    Poor experience with this hotel. Second time here and still consistent with t poor experience. Dirty toilets, peeling wallpaper, slow check in time, hair on floor, etc. Not coming back anymore!

    Breakfast was acceptable, pool not open yet. Waited 30 mins to check-in & 60 mins to checkout. Unacceptable service! 11@century much better!

    The wifi here is very slow, and desk Internet port is not provided while Mutiara Hotel does.

    Claim 5 stars hotel! But service like a 1 star! VERY bad service! Had to wait for check in for 3 hrs bcoz they cannot make up the room fast enough!

    Dirty! Stains on the floor... similar stains in the toilet like never washed... stink as well! Otherwise okay, definitely not worth the price and expectations!

    Very bad service. Slow front desk. Waited more than 1hr. Dont pick up intercom call. Whole tower aircond malfunction for the night. Nightmare !!
