Maina KhojaSeptember 8, 2019Housekeeping is worst we had by far, not clean, we need to beg for refills several times & they won’t come. Elevators are nightmares, they run few (power saving?) & we often queue and get squashed.

Hotel is nice, but it is massive and mobbed constantly.

if you're stuck in times square and need a bathroom break, use the ones in here on the 3rd floor. they're almost always open.

View Lounge on 48th floor revolves. Tricky to get to - go to third floor - elevator f - use keypad there enter 48. Enjoy the "view"

Take the 3rd floor, get off and then go to the 48the and see time square at a 360 view

The new Crossroads Restaurant formerly known as the Atrium is absolutely gorgeous!!

Quality declined dramatically. Staff are as rude as enemies; all of them.
