Morgan COktober 24, 2010This place is an imposter. The food is under seasoned, and the cornbread is like rubber. If you don't know what real soul food is, then this place will do, but if your from the south, it's a joke.
from me to you, this is where you should be. get me a biscuit. uh huh. and some pie.

this place has amazing food, especially when you have it as a second dinner (after a horrible experience at fatty cue)
If you haven't had a chicken biscuit here, you haven't lived

Pies ’n’ Thighs started in 2006, in the shadow of the Williamsburg Bridge. We took over a beer storage closet and transformed it into a tiny kitchen with six stools, serving huge donuts, two-napkin smoked pork sandwiches and salty, crispy fried chicken.
