AllenDesember 5, 2009Go to Poste, assuming it's a weekday between 4-7. If the weather's nice, sit in the courtyard. Order the $5 truffled frites. Have something to drink. Order the truffled frites again.
my favorite bar in DC! diverse beer and wine list, good happy hour specials, great atmosphere, and a hot spot for politicos.
The truffle fries are a masterpiece. You won't be disappointed, unless you're a terrorist.
