    Don't write this off as a tourist-trap only restaurant. The food is very good and the atmosphere creates a tropical haven for cold New York winter days.

    My parents’ favorite place to eat in NYC. Start w/ the Macadamia Crusted Goat Cheese. Get the Parmesan Crusted Sanibel Chicken w/ Cauliflower Potato Mash as the main. Finish w/ the Piña Colada Cake.

    Went back for the second time in less than a week! Loved the goat cheese and scallop sliders. Mahi mahi tacos were good, and pineapple yuzu mojito was lovely, as was the painkiller drink.

    Beautiful decor. And wonderful ambiance. Super friendly wait staff. Highly recommend the shareable appetizer, hummus and feta cheese with pita bread... it is so delicious.

    Such an amazing place! Loved the coconut shrimp, pineapple cake, and mahi mahi. The half slice is plenty on the cake. Want to come back for cocktails!

    They have live, chill, acoustic music here (I'd call ahead to confirm which days, I believe it fluctuates, but I'm remembering Tuesdays and Saturdays). Drinks and food are top notch!

    The Salmon and Tuna bowls are both good; salmon a little bit better in my opinion. Tacos are also recommend.

    The bottom floor is the apparel shop. You have to go to the 2nd floor for the restaurant. Walk right through and upstairs. Don't be shy!!

    Took forever for the food to come out but... The steak was so delicious and worth the wait!! 12oz! Perfect to split between two people.

    Try the Seared Ahi Tuna & Kale Salad! So light and flavorful. The tahini miso dressing is addictive. Great atmosphere.

    Host was rude when asked for a table: "Sure. *looks at me twice / fake smile* Can't say no, right?" — We were this close to leaving, but we're glad we stayed: food was amazing! & Waitress was lovely!
