    Delicious pork cutlet (katsu). I'd say one of the best. You'll have options on the breed of pork. From Kurobuta (Black Pig) to Chamiton who have green tea as part of their diet. Superb & tasty meat

    超有名ということで避けていたが、行ってみて超好印象。接客抜群に良し。地元の宴会用途にも使われていうるという感じでフレンドリー。評判通りとんかつは箸で切れます。ふわふわのパン粉を清潔なサラダ油で揚げてるという感じ。ガッツリ系が好きな人には物足りない。私は接客も含めた総合評価で高得点。

    Arrive by 1130 on a weekday, and 11 on a weekend to avoid the crowd. Come for lunch as they might still have their kurobuta loin/fillet available. They’re limited to 5 and 2 sets a day!

    トンカツ屋だが呑み客にも対応できるメニューも多くそろえており使い勝手が良い。ビール中瓶680円は高め。カウンターの妹系店員とチョイ呑みに来てる(店にボトルキープを入れている)常連爺さんの会話が面白い。お店の周りの店が19:00-20:00に閉店する店が多いのか20:00位から混みだす。

    外国人を含め混雑していましたが、スムーズな案内により、昼時にもかかわらずほとんど待たずに入れました。このように有名で繁盛し大きな名声を築いた店はとかく接客に対してもあまり好意的でなくなるケースが少なくないと思っていましたが、ここは厨房からの器の音を聴いてサービスを判断するホールの女性をはじめ、フレンドリーかつ実にてきぱきとしたサービスぶりが目立ち料理ともども素晴らしいと感じました。リーズナブル。

    I also stop here for lunch for their famous katsu pork with rice and cabbage salad. Free refills on those. Last time i tried the croquettes and they were amazing. Must try!! Follow the signs.

    Famous for the best pork tonkotsu in Tokyo. Worth the splurge to try the Kurobuta Pork (said to be the best 🐷 in the world)!

    Tonkatsu son tiritas de cerdo en un empanizado perfecto con una salsa que yo describiria como BBQ de manzana. El resultado es maravilloso una nueva experiencia de sabor para mi. No se lo pierdan

    Amazing tonkatsu. They explain the different cuts and pork brands well. There’s usually a wait but the line moves quickly. Upstairs is traditional Japanese seating.

    You want the pork, not the fish. Pork = round or cutlet-looking. Fish = fish sticks. Beware the fish sticks.

    Sin duda uno de los mejores Tonkatsu (costilla de cerdo empanizada) de Tokyo. Se sirve con una deliciosa col rayada y tocino ahumado 🤤. Ten cuidado con lo que pides que puede ser caro.

    A great standard for comparison when it comes to Maisen. Fresh panko and a selection quality pork are what makes this place. Very fluffy yet crispy texture makes up the tonkatsu here. Worth a visit.

    The standard tonkatsu is fabulous, but if you want any of their special cuts you need to get in early as they only make a few each day. Don't forget your cabbage refill.

    La experiencia en si ya merece la pena. Tienen sitio en la planta de arriba pero es mejor comer en la barra. El tonkatsu básico está buenísimo (1.700¥) y los cócteles bien hechos. Recomendable 100%!!

    쿠로부타 (흑돼지) 로스카츠 3,100엔 / 16년 2월 기준.. 무슨 돈까스를 3만원이나 주고 먹어 싶지만 한번은 먹어 볼 만한 것 같아요 다 먹고나면 디저트로 샤베트가 나오니 먹고 나오세요

    The queue is worth it - both the katsudon and katsu curry were melt-in-your-mouth delicious! It's definitely a local favourite.

    Ask to sit at the Japanese tables on level 1 if you can't sit at the bar. Much nicer ambience. Lunch set is well priced and tasty!

    Special tonkatsu made from specially curated pork types. Pricey but good experience, although you probably can get similar quality elsewhere for a cheaper price.

    authentic tonkatsu - not greasy at all! they have counter and table seating. table seats are placed in their main hall which has a high ceiling and a hanging grandfather clock.

    Definitely get the Tokyo-X pork cutlets!! You wouldn't regret it! Compared to Tokyo-X, Kurobuta was not that impressive.

    HPにもありますが、現在改装中とのことです。 残念ながら、私は改装前を知らないので何とも言えませんが、どうやら「仮店舗」に近い感じの状態だと思われました。 料理は素晴らしかったですが、席などの環境的には、改装後に期待したい...という印象でした。
