Sat in a private room here. Had a seven course meal here with the chefs recommendations one of which was sweet bread :( the presentation beautiful. The staff was very snooty.

Do not confuse this with "Le Dôme", the larger more formal restaurant across the road (lots of photos posted here are from Le Dôme). Le Bistrot du Dôme is more intimate, informal than its big sibling.
Everything you get here is delicious. Be sure to try the bone marrow - really worth to try and french cuisine. The portions are very big so maybe you can share an appetizer. Steak Tartare at its best
If you like soufflés, this is a restaurant you MUST go while in Paris. Forget the cheese and try the most unusual versions. I strongly recommend the Tomato
