eric bornemann: Beautiful state park. Bypass the crowded Founders Grove and Avenue of the Giants and hit up the Rockefeller and Big Tree Grove down Mattole Road for a more secluded experience.
eric bornemann: Crazy crowded trail. Like being in a mall in the woods. Trees are impressive but head to the nearby Rockefeller or Big Trees loop trails for more seclusion and a better experience.
eric bornemann: Delicious Venezuelan food in an unexpected setting. The local rock cod and shredded beef are great. They also have local cider and beer on tap.
eric bornemann: One of the most beautiful beaches I’ve been to. Stunning even in the fog with rough surf. Stay out of the water as the waves are extremely unpredictable.
eric bornemann: Fish and chips is great with the local cod. Beer is ok with “I Know Karate” double IPA the best of options. Great outdoor seating area that’s good for families and sunsets.

eric bornemann: A New York institution if now a little past it’s prime. Nice atmosphere and well done, if safe cuisine. You could certainly do a lot worse.
eric bornemann: Incredible place filled with history in a starkly beautiful setting. Take the tour and behave yourself, you aren’t just in someone’s home but on ancient sacred ground.
eric bornemann: The best restaurant in LA by far. Tremendously inventive cuisine that is worth the money and the pretense. Go for the after dinner add on in the garden, it’s worth it.
eric bornemann: Decent hotel restaurant with some interesting food. Atmosphere is a bit sterile but it’s a good choice especially for you are staying on site.
