    Never ever take the Terravision coach to get to Central London. They stole my luggage and nobody seems to care about it. National Express coaches and Stansted Express trains are more secure.

    Security v. slow, so if you're running late go directly to security door 1 (far left) and for a £5 fee, you can skip queue.

    On passport check go to self checkout if you have biometric passport and save 30 minutes instead of standing in the queue!
