    Use one of the 4 other London airports. Since the takeover, this airport has become the pits. 200% increase in car park charges, reduced bus services and over an hours wait for luggage.

    Avoid a late arrival if at all possible. The passport gates always have a massive queue. Airport needs some serious upgrades. Not fit for purpose.

    Worst airport design. Make you walk in circles after security, trying to sell you things. And after, you still don’t see your gate. Also you need to put your liquids into plastic bags. #plasticwaste
