This is one of the most annoying airports ever.. A place where low cost airlines degrade you to a piece of luggage but at the same time will bully you into spending as much as possible on the site..

Pre-book only the Stansted Express tickets, they also come with a special offer if purchased in advance
Dublin flights have a tendency to change from the normal Ryanair departure area - keep an eye on the boards before moving to gate. Don't assume ull make ur flight if u get it wrong - it's a long walk!

Nigel O' CallaghanFebruari 15, 2011If you're not in too much of a rush, check out the stansted express bus service rather than the train. It's very punctual, takes 40-60 mins depending on traffic and is only 15 pounds return!

Pay couple of pounds more for National Express and save yourself some stress (and in my case £110 for missed flight)

If only there was another way to get there £19 for the express is really expensive. Bus from Stratford does not garantie you to have a place when it's busy. Even if you have a ticket.
Although ‘Glorious Britain’ provides sufficient, it is more a souvenirs shop.
Not so comfortable place. But if you lije comfort,why don't you pay 500£ and fly from Heatrow? ) because Ryanair is cheap. So just "enjoy" this 4hrs :)

Early morning (7am) security queues were a breeze. The transit vehicle slows down your connection to the gate

Now again, the 20x20 plastic bags for toiletries in your hand luggage is available for free.
It is better than Luton Airport, some cafes and shopping available in the airport.
